<p>Weight loss and exercise. Yes, these share a positive relationship but exercise helps you to lose your love handles in more ways than one. Exercises can be divided into aerobic and anaerobic exercises. I shall expound on both so that you can be enlightened so that you can make informed choices on which exercises to embark to best aid your weight loss.</p>
<p>What are aerobic exercises? The latter hinges on you breaking into a sweat as you work at moderate intensity over a period of half to one hour. This works your heart and lungs, taking in more oxygen for you to cope with the exercise. The energy expended will come from your body fat and the fat burning process will continue a few hours after your workout. Thus, to some it up, weight loss and exercise is true because aerobic exercises burn fat directly.  Suitable exercises are jogging, swimming or singles tennis. Team sports are not very ideal aerobic exercises since you inadvertently get periods of rest, allowing your heart rate to drop.

<p>Anaerobic exercises on the other hand, allow you to take breaks in between due to the high amount of effort needed. You also may or may not break into a sweat. Think of doing repetitions in an air-conditioned gym and the time lapsed and the few minutes rest required between each set.  For anaerobic exercises, you do not take need to take in as much oxygen. As a result, it is carbohydrates (not fat) that is burnt, but is also essential in any weight loss program. (This process requires a lengthy biological explanation which I will not elaborate on.) This may not seem in line with your equation of weight loss and exercise. However, you are burning fat, but indirectly. Due to the explosive nature of anaerobic exercises, it builds up your muscles, revving up your metabolic rate and burning fat even after your exercise!</p>
<p>From experience, weight resistance training is definitely more effective in weight loss than aerobic exercise. Hitting the gym regularly made me hungry every hour and I could indulge in all my favourite foods without gaining weight. Weight training gives you a higher metabolic rate 24hours of the day, Why? Muscles need to be &#8216;maintained&#8217;, and these &#8216;feed&#8217; on fat. Thus, the reason why some people feel hungry all the time yet they do not gain weight. <br />
On the other hand, the relationship between weight loss and exercise was less string for aerobic exercises,. I found out that my appetite shrunk when I switched to doing only aerobic exercises. As fat is burnt  only during the workout and a awhile after. you have to exercise frequently and for longer periods to shed weight.</p>
<p>Knowing this, one should not run to the gym and start training like a ferocious animal. A improvement in fitness should be attained gradually to prevent injury. Slow and steady is the way to go for  weight loss and exercise.</p>

There are many instances where combinations of therapies are tried together. While little study has been done to prove the effectiveness of these treatments, there has been plenty of success with them in clinics across the country.</p>
<p>Your doctor may suggest combination therapy if you have more than one type of acne. Different medications work best for different types of acne, so the thinking is that if both are used, the results will be better over all.</p>
<p>You also might be prescribed combination therapy if other treatments have failed. It is a method that attacks the problem from two or more fronts. This gives your skin a chance to clear up and heal.</p>

<p>You may have blackheads and whiteheads, and you also have inflammatory acne lesions. If you do, your doctor may suggest a regimen of 5% benzoyl peroxide and 3% erythromycin. You have to mix the gel and powder together because they come separately.</p>
<p>Then, you put the combination of the benzoyl peroxide and erythromycin on your acne twice daily. When you are not using it, it goes in the refrigerator. This combination therapy is more effective than either medication alone.</p>
<p>Another combination medication comes premixed. It is a mixture of 1% clindamycin and 5% benzoyl peroxide. It is a highly effective medication for both non-inflammatory and inflammatory acne. However, it is taking a long time to become available to be prescribed.</p>
<p>If you have both non-inflammatory and inflammatory acne lesions, you may be asked to try another type of treatment. Tretinoin, adapalene, or azelaic acid are among the agents that can be combined with benzoyl peroxide. They can be mixed with a topical antibiotic instead for another option.</p>
<p>If you use tretinoin and clindamycin, you will experience less soreness and tenderness than you would if you just took the tretinoin. Your dermatologist may have another trick up her sleeve.</p>
<p>Tretinoin can be used together with the benzoyl peroxide-erythromycin combination. The only thing you have to watch out for is that you should not put them on all at once. One day you put on the tretinoin, and the next day you use the benzoyl peroxide-erythromycin. You keep on this schedule for two weeks, until the threat of inflammation is past. Then, you can alternate them within a day.</p>
<p>Sometimes it is best to use oral medications along with topical treatments. Your dermatologist may also suggest that you use laser or light therapy in combination with topical treatments or oral medications.</p>
